What crops can survive a frost?
Frost-tolerant crops: peas, spinach, lettuce, kale, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, parsnips, leeks, onions, radishes, turnips. Many tolerate light frost (32°F) without damage; some (kale, brussels sprouts) actually improve in flavor after frost.
